Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Industrial Hygiene programs, risks, and concerns across all business units.
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance with IH programs, promoting a robust culture of safety.
Collaborate with multiple leaders within the Genentech organization to meet the needs of our diverse client base at our vibrant SSF campus.
Direct a talented team dedicated to collaboration, commitment, and making an impact.
Qualifications: Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Certification in Industrial Hygiene
A minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience, including leading multidisciplinary teams and directly managing personnel.
Profound knowledge of SSHE compliance and the development of safe practices.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements from OSHA, EPA, DOT, NIOSH, FDA in both GMP and non-GMP environments.
Previous experience working with various types of outsourced partners to ensure compliance and positive business outcomes.

This role is not eligible for relocation.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $140,500 - $260,900. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
