Developing Autonomous Vehicles (AVs) is one of the most ambitious technological endeavors of our time. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help build our next-generation suite of AV Debugging and Evaluation Tools. Our AV development tools are used by software engineers, data scientists, and operations personnel to build and validate AVs with superhuman levels of safety. You will collaborate with engineering, design and program teams to create and improve these tools and help accelerate our ability to bring new AV capabilities to markets globally. What you'll be doing:
Define a cohesive user-centric product vision and experience for world-class AV / robotics Debugging and Evaluation Tools along with product goals and metrics
Outline the strategy/roadmap to achieve these goals by identifying and prioritizing the most critical activities required for product success
Manage inbound requests across a range of use cases / personas and synthesize requirements into detailed product specifications (PRDs)
Develop a strong technical understanding of your product(s), and proactively identify new opportunities for product application and creative ways to solve / mitigate technical challenges
Maintain a pulse on the overall health of your product(s), representing progress to the broader team and proactively mitigating / communicating risks early and often
Educate current and potential customers by evangelizing your product(s) and developing customer-ready collateral (product documentation, trainings, user onboarding etc.)
Mentor and coach more junior Product Managers and showcase product management methodologies that the whole team can adopt
What we need to see:
15+ years of full-time work experience with at least 8+ years in technical product management positions and several examples of taking successful products through the full lifecycle (from inception and launch to expansion and maintenance)
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience; while hands-on software engineering experience isn't a requirement, you will need to be able to engage senior engineers in detailed conversations about technical decisions and how they will impact your customers
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive alignment across large organizations
Track record of leading the launch of new products or features to users
Self-starter, hands-on, drive for results, and a history of successful execution on cross-functional teams
Passion for building new / novel, ground-breaking technologies
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Previous experience working on Autonomous Vehicles, robotics, or other similar industries
Experience with robotics visualization and debugging tools

The base salary range is 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
