Principal Process Engineer

Edoxx Technical Services LLC is a US Company based in Houston, Texas, with access to +350 highly experienced and advanced Engineers and Technicians delivering know-how and expertise in Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation engineering. Other related fields such as Projects Control, QA/QC Inspection, 3D Geometrical and Intelligent Modeling, and Drafting are also available.

Our client is looking for a Principal Process Engineer to work on-site at their Houston office. This person will provide Process Engineering services on large or mega projects to their customers', including technical support and supervision within the Process Engineering team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Process Engineering project requirements.
• Manage Process Engineering services such as: 
  • participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and comply with required checking procedures;
  • ensure the project scope is clear, and that changes comply with project change management processes;
  • provide advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Act as the Process Engineering Lead on specific projects.
• If responsible for a team:
  • outline project requirements including actively promoting workshare, where appropriate, assign tasks and supervise progress; and
  • ensure the required services meet their customers and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, on time and within budget. 
• Proactively resolve any discrepancies between company and its Customer's requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and technical innovations in Process Engineering.
• If required, assist and support junior personnel within the Process Engineering team.
• Communicate effectively with the Process Engineering team and project stakeholders, including the Customer.
• Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance when required.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in Process Engineering
• Possession of Louisiana PE is required OR the ability to quickly obtain it once hired.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• LNG experience is a huge plus.
• Must have experience within the EPC industry.
