This role will observe the 3-day hybrid office model and be based in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Be the guardian of Disaster Recovery Plans, Business Continuity Plans, and Incident Response Plans for our WFM technology teams – keep them updated and coordinate with various teams to ensure preparedness.
- Dive into the heart of WFM technology by conducting annual updates and Business Impact Analyses for our systems and infrastructure.
- Bring the plans to life through tabletop exercises and audits, ensuring our IT Risk Plans are not just theoretical but practical and foolproof.
- Showcase the evidence! Maintain and provide proof of program operation to meet our internal and external compliance requirements.
Skills:
- Masters IT Risk interpretation, enhancing business continuity plans with innovative solutions.
- Excels in DR/BCP/IR best practices, ensuring seamless design, implementation, and testing.
- Crafts compelling narratives with advanced writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Publisher/Word.
- Delves into teams, applications, and projects, offering a comprehensive understanding of our dynamic tech landscape.
- Champions IT Risk framework and risk rating systems for a secure and compliant technology environment.
- Artfully communicates on complex issues, engaging with colleagues, customers, and senior leadership.

Education & Experience:
- BA/BS degree and 6+ years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
