Principal Cybersecurity Analyst - Remote

This position will work within the Business Security Office in EIS with non-integrated entities.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitoring IDS and packet data from portable monitoring kits
• Creating and working tickets produced from monitoring portable kits
• Assisting with the deployment of endpoint monitoring and response tools across the acquired entity infrastructure
• Responding to security incidents in newly acquired entities, regional network hub provisioning, and log ingestion
• Logging duties will include working with each acquired entity to ensure that all of the logs that are relevant to security are captured and forwarded to Optum's enterprise log repository/SIEM

The analyst will also be required to travel to newly acquired entities to assist with the duties described above

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Incident response experience
• 5+ years of Splunk network/ monitoring
• 5+ years of years of SIEM Experience
• 5+ years of experience working with non-integrated entities
• Endpoint network response experience
