Principal Cyber Security Architect

Position Summary:

The Cyber Security Architecture (CSA) team within ADP’s Global Security Organization (GSO) is responsible for the research, design, and standardization of ADP's integrated global protection and security infrastructure. The CSA team is responsible for leading these efforts for ADP worldwide across a broad set of security disciplines providing an integrated security ecosystem to detect, defend, and respond to business impacting cyber and physical security, data protection, and fraud prevention. The CSA team must have strong skills in conducting technical analysis of security and business problems, as well as threats, incidents, investigational, and other general security related issues. The Architect must have the ability to communicate well, motivate, and lead cross functional teams.

What You'll Do-

• Create the architecture for various security technologies.
• Document security standards, requirements, and best practices
• Providing internal security consulting services including the support of zero trust Cyber Security Initiatives
• Motivate and lead cross functional teams through effective communication, delegation, and prioritization.

 

To Succeed in this Role-

Desirable Pre-requisite Knowledge:

• 8 years minimum related experience
• Experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining Cyber Security infrastructure in enterprise class organizations.
  • Network Based (Firewalls, DLP, NDR, WAF, Proxies, SASE, etc.)
  • Host Based (Firewalls, DLP, HIDS, EDR, SASE, etc.)
• Experience securing Public Cloud environments.
  • IaaS and PaaS (AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle, etc.)
  • SaaS (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc.)
• Proficient in creating technical security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Experience with compliance technologies and reporting (vulnerability management, server hardening, configuration management, etc.)
• Expert understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and Internet architectures
• Must be able to function in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules and priorities.
• Demonstrate well-developed organizational, written communication, and analytical skills.
• Programming Experience preferred.
• CISSP and other security certifications preferred.
