Form of workB&W is looking for a Controls Engineer. This position will be responsible for a wide range of product support roles including: controls project development, configuration, installation, startup and troubleshooting on a range of B&W products within the utility, pulp and paper, and industrial markets.
This position will be responsible for:
Development, configuration, testing, startup, and troubleshooting of control systems composed of: PLC's (ControlLogix & RSLogix 5000), AC/DC drives (PowerFlex), Servo Drives (Kinetics), HMI screens (FactoryTalk View), camera systems, electrical circuits, and associated mechanical equipment.
Maintaining existing controls products as well as developing new products and features.
Developing and delivering technical training to customers
Providing drafting support using AutoCAD and Inventor.
This position requires you to travel up to 25% of the time. Working both independently and in a team environment within B&W and at customer sites.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEE/BSEET) preferred.

AutoCAD and PLC experience a plus.
