"The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $155,000 to $270,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Candidate must have expert level understanding and extensive hands-on experience of simulation-based verification flows and methodologies; will work closely with R&D to specify, and develop next generation features, capabilities, and advanced solutions/applications.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics with 15+ Years experience or Master's degree in electrical/electronics with 10+ Years experience
- Strong HDL/HVL language background (Verilog, VHDL, System Verilog)
- Experience in simulation-based verification technologies (C/++, UVM, SVA, sound understanding of LRM)
- Expert level digital design and RTL/testbench coding skills
- Expert level debugging skills
- Good understanding of scripting languages - Perl, Tcl, Make, Shell, Phyton
- Working knowledge/experience on Unix platform
- Exposure to Synopsys EDA tools (VCS, Verdi) would be added advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills is a must as the role requires interfacing with global teams and customers
- Team player, partners with multiple stakeholders, has attention to detail and innovative mindset
- Open to travel, ability to multi-task, details-oriented
- Drive quality improvement effort by understanding customer design methodologies/flows and creating in-house designs mimicking customer flows
- Work directly with R&D, PE team members & customers to suggest improvements in verification methodologies/flows
- Develop and review technical collateral to promote/roll out verification solutions/methodologies
