- Call Schedule: 3 weeks per year

- Support Staff: 2 Medical Assistants
- Credentialing Time Frame: 60 - 90 days
- Location: Openings inSpring, TX and Woodlands, TX

- Credentialing and Licensing Requirements: Texas Medical License

- Compensation: $220,000 base salary + productivity bonuses
