This is a Pricing Leader position for business segments within the C6ISR LOB, reporting to the Senior Manager of C6ISR Pricing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Proactive technical leadership responsible for pricing/estimating, day-to-day leadership of personnel supporting pricing activities and preparation of cost proposals for government, commercial and international offerings.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective experience interfacing with all levels of senior leadership are required in this high visibility position. Risk identification related to proposed estimates, unique customer requirements and Terms & Conditions are key responsibilities. The candidate will coordinate the generation of pricing data from various functional disciplines to ensure current, accurate and complete coverage of all cost elements as well as compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations. This position is the primary interface with government audit agencies relative to proposals and post award audits. This role will be actively involved in the coordination of all EPP presentations. It will provide financial leadership in support of the contract negotiations team and will assist in coordinating and enhancing common pricing procedures, processes and systems across RMS.
This position ensures compliance to RFP's, federal regulations and RMS Estimating processes, and meeting company financial commitments. Responsibilities include presenting proposed financial analysis and business case data to executive level leaders. Candidate must be a self starter who can effectively organize and prioritize multiple tasks across a geographically dispersed opportunity set. Must be able to effectively communicate with all organizational levels and have good presentation skills. This position will also be required to support and potentially lead special project activities.
Basic Qualifications
Proactive Leader and strategic thinker, self-starter and highly motivated, risk assessment savvy, strong financial skills, Subject Matter Expert with command of RMS Estimating processes, strong understanding of Cost Volume development & management process, FAR and Government Compliance, ability to lead and manage across a geographically distributed virtual organization, Excel expert, strong presentation skills both verbal and written a must.

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $102,000 - $195,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $117,300 - $221,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
