Our team is looking for a Pricing Manager to join them. You will report to the Director, Revenue Management and will have an onsite work schedule in Chatsworth, CA.
To be considered for the Pricing Manager role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of pricing, estimating, or finance experience, with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry pricing dynamics.
• Experience in ERP & CRM systems
• Experience with government pricing including DFAR, FAR15
As a Pricing Manager, you will:
• Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute pricing strategies that align with company goals and customer requirements, consistently improving profit margins.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Pricing Analysts and Estimators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Execution: Accurate and timely delivery of quotes across various sectors including Spares, OEM, Government, and others.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about external market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes to make data-driven pricing decisions.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze cost data, selling price trends, and market availability to establish competitive and profitable pricing.
• Profitability Analysis: Conduct regular analysis on customer accounts, license codes, and various metrics to identify profitability drivers.
• Process Improvement: Implement and improve internal procedures within estimating to ensure reliable estimates, especially in complex build scenarios.
• Long-Term Agreement Strategy: Manage process and strategy around updating and implementing long-term agreements.
• Price List Management: Develop a roadmap for effectively managing price lists, ensuring timely updates and completeness.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with Customer Service Managers to develop winning pricing strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Financial Insight: Generate insights through analysis that drive action and positive financial outcomes for the company.
• Communication: Distill and summarize complex financial data to aid in the review and approval of quotes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Government Pricing regulations and disclosures including DFAR, FAR15, and common OEM flow downs.
• ERP Systems: Utilize working knowledge of ERP systems to enhance pricing processes.

Salary Range:
• $120-150k per year.
