Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Permanent Pricing and Trade Analyst to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role plays a pivotal part in our organization, driving pricing strategies, trade spend analysis, and contract management. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position provides an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maximizing profitability and driving financial success for our company.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement pricing strategies and models based on market trends, production costs, and company objectives.
2. Analyze trade spend and provide insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Manage contracts, ensuring all agreements are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
4. Use Power BI and other analytic tools to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the management team.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue and market share.
6. Prepare and present financial forecasts, reporting on potential impacts on profitability and revenue.
7. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor pricing strategies to ensure our pricing remains competitive.
8. Conduct risk analysis and provide recommendations to mitigate potential financial losses.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry.
3. Proven experience in pricing, contract management, and Trade spend analysis.
4. Strong proficiency in Power BI or similar data analysis tools.
5. At least 3 years of experience in finance, pricing, revenue/profitability, forecasting, and contract management.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
7. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with various departments to achieve company objectives.
9. High degree of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
10. Self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
11. Proven track record of driving financial success through effective pricing strategies and Trade spend analysis.
