Summary
iAero Airways is seeking a PRIA Records Auditor to maintain accurate employment and training records for airline employees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, establishing, and updating new hire files; processing all incoming and outgoing PRIA requests; and assist with pilot hiring functions and new hire fingerprinting.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Sets up PRIA/Safety Sensitive files for each new Pilot New Hire.
- Processes New Hire & Contract Employee PRIA Applications – works with candidate to ensure completion and accuracy both onsite and for offsite events.
- Assists with the administration of the FAA Fingerprint-based Criminal History Records Checks programs.
- Reviews criminal background results and ensures complete and accurate data.
- Obtains approval and signature upon PRIA completion and notifies all appropriate departments that the employee has cleared PRIA.
- PRIA Requests (former employees): As required by FAA Regulations, completes PRIA Verifications Documents for previous employees.
- Confirm terminated employees are removed from active employee folders and archived accordingly.
- Assists with organizing pilot hiring events and assists with scheduling pilot interviews.
- Assists with flight operations administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus one year of related experience preferred
- 3 years aviation experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well pro-actively contribute within the training department
- Highly motivated able to thrive within a challenging and ever changing environment
- Able contribute new ideas or procedures to the department
