The Position: The role of the ORR PSA Compliance Manager is responsible for managing the implementation and ongoing compliance with the HHS IFR: Standards to Prevent, Detect, and Respond to Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment Involving Unaccompanied Children (45 CFR Part § 411) and ORR policies and procedure related to Sexual Abuse and harassment.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social service fields, or
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or management, and at least 1 year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, or quality assurance or compliance.
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Word Processing; General Office Skills
- Excellent Reading and Writing Skills
- Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening
- Ability to commute daily and continuously to various sites for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift 10 pounds for filing
Key Responsibilities:
- The ORR PSA Compliance Manager will oversee all allegations of abuse in coordination with the Senior Vice President of Quality Systems
- Responsible for maintaining multiple methods of reporting to assure that incidents are reported and addressed immediately.
- Conduct incident reviews as necessary according to licensing standards and in coordination with McKinley Senior Leadership and ORR partners.
- Ensure that all staff and foster parents are appropriately trained in policies and procedures regarding reporting standards.
- Prepare data on all allegations for monthly reporting to McKinley's Senior Management and board of directors.
- Function independently of programs with administrative oversight.
- Ensure that all reporting requirements are met and information is appropriately reported to licensing, law enforcement, and ORR as required.
- Other related duties as assigned
