The Position: The role of the ORR PSA Compliance Manager is responsible for managing the implementation and ongoing compliance with the HHS IFR: Standards to Prevent, Detect, and Respond to Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment Involving Unaccompanied Children (45 CFR Part § 411) and ORR policies and procedure related to Sexual Abuse and harassment.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range we're offering is $64,480 annually depending (Based) on experience.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social service fields, or
• A bachelor's degree in business administration or management, and at least 1 year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, or quality assurance or compliance.
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Word Processing; General Office Skills
• Excellent Reading and Writing Skills
• Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening
• Ability to commute daily and continuously to various sites for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift 10 pounds for filing

Key Responsibilities:

• The ORR PSA Compliance Manager will oversee all allegations of abuse in coordination with the Senior Vice President of Quality Systems
• Responsible for maintaining multiple methods of reporting to assure that incidents are reported and addressed immediately.
• Conduct incident reviews as necessary according to licensing standards and in coordination with McKinley Senior Leadership and ORR partners.
• Ensure that all staff and foster parents are appropriately trained in policies and procedures regarding reporting standards.
• Prepare data on all allegations for monthly reporting to McKinley's Senior Management and board of directors.
• Function independently of programs with administrative oversight.
• Ensure that all reporting requirements are met and information is appropriately reported to licensing, law enforcement, and ORR as required.
• Other related duties as assigned
