The essential functions include:
- Responsible for managing implementation and ongoing compliance with the HHS IFR: Standards to Prevent, Detect, and Respond to Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment Involving Unaccompanied Children.
- Responsible for managing implementation and ongoing compliance with ORR policies and procedures related to Sexual Abuse and harassment.
- Responsible for all crisis prevention activities, including training, tracking, and compliance with licensing standards.
- Oversee quality assurance review of incident reports, special incident reports, and any other client safety issues.
- Oversee data collection activities and analyze data related to crisis prevention, response and client safety.
- Attend supervisor meetings, Program Assessment Committee meetings with the board, and present on client safety data to the board of directors.
- Other duties as required.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social service fields; or
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or management.
- At least 1 year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, or quality assurance or compliance.
- Valid California driver's license, clean driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier.
- Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
