Responsibilities- Assist with the operation maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Change out light bulbs; perform Preventative Maintenance for guest rooms including vinyl repair touch-up paint minor furniture repair tub caulking tile repairs etc.
- Paint, hang, and repair drywall as needed and install shelves, hooks, and closet rods
- Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains, and repair leaks
- Perform lawn maintenance including mowing and removing weeds
- Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep the maintenance room in neat condition
- Assist with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and supplies
- Operate company vehicles for transportation across the property as needed
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in general maintenance and repair required
- Previous experience with fire and boiler heat systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Standing and walking 100% of the time
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
