Preventative Maintenance Technician

Position Description
As a Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

• Complete preventive maintenance on CNC machinery, injection mold and auxiliary equipment according to the planned schedule
• Learn and gain expertise on new equipment and processes
• Organize and maintain maintenance areas and stockroom
• Conduct other related assignments as needed

Position Requirements
This position requires the following skills and attributes:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate proficiency by performance and/or certificates with basic mechanical aptitude and standard hand holds

Benefits
The base compensation range for this role is $20 - $23 / hour for the position in California. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries in California based on the date of this job posting.
