GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
As a preventive Maintenance Coordinator, your job is to develop and implement a proactive maintenance schedule for Trego / Dugan Aviation GSE assets in various locations. Communications with vendors will be done through phone and emails. Performance evaluation of vendors will be done with quality control audits of the vendors' work based on criteria as defined in our preventive maintenance program. Provides feedback to those vendors and station managers on assets that need preventive maintenance. Preventive Maintenance Coordinator will provide the standardization and uniformity in the processing and control of information, data flow, and data entry for the PMI program. Other duties will be assigned at times to help support the local GSE dept. with projects from time to time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Knowledgeable in maintenance and repairs of GSE equipment.
Skilled in monitoring, inspecting, troubleshooting, decision-making and communicating.
Skilled in Microsoft office products.
Skilled in using IAuditor.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
Very detail oriented.
Be a self-starter that is a creative thinker, critical thinker and have an intense curiosity.
Take ownership of their work, display a great deal of initiation, and possess sound judgment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to lift 30lbs and this is mostly an indoor position with sitting and standing for 8 hours.
