Responsibilities:
Clean Room Operation:
Operate printing presses within a controlled clean room environment, ensuring compliance with cleanliness and contamination control protocols.
Follow strict procedures to maintain the integrity of the clean room environment.
Press Set-Up and Adjustment:
Set up and adjust printing equipment according to job specifications.
Monitor and control press parameters to achieve precision in printing.
Quality Control:
Perform regular inspections of printed materials for defects and deviations.
Make adjustments to maintain high-quality standards and product consistency.
Material Handling in Clean Room:
Safely handle and load printing materials, inks, and other supplies within the clean room.
Adhere to clean room gowning procedures and ensure compliance with cleanliness requirements.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Conduct routine maintenance on clean room equipment.
Troubleshoot and address minor issues to minimize disruptions to production.
Documentation and Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate records of job specifications, production output, and clean room conditions.
Document any deviations or issues and report them to supervisors.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines within the clean room environment.
Follow company policies and procedures related to clean room operations.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members, including clean room technicians and supervisors, to achieve production goals.
Provide training and guidance to new team members as needed.
Working hours: 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Skills:
Experience as a Clean Room Press Operator
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Press Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or printing environment.
Knowledge of printing press operations, including setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret job specifications and follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as needed.
