SalaryDESCRIPTION - 300 Ton Press Brake Operator and Burn Table Programmer/Operator
RESPONSIBILITIES - Form up to 1 ½” steel plate on a 300 ton manual pressbrake.
Program, nest and operate 5 Axis Oxy-Fuel Plasma Burn Table. Load and unload table with assistance of overhead crane. Identify and stage material for next operation. Able to set up proper gases and cutting tips. Troubleshoot programming and identify imperfect parts. Clean, deburr, grind and torch parts. Help load and unload trucks or work other tasks as assigned. Work independently while maintaining an organized work area.
REQUIREMENTS - 1-2 years experience with manual press brake, as well as, programming and operating CNC burn table. Able to form up to 1 ½” steel plate. Experience with overhead crane, lift trucks, hand tools and measuring devices. Able to read manufacturing drawings. Bend, stand, sit and climb. Able to lift up to 75lbs.
