Delaware North is looking for a dynamic, energetic, confident, and experienced President to lead our Patina Restaurant Group. As the President of Patina, you will provide direct leadership, develop business strategy, and sustain growth for profitable global operations while effectively positioning the brand. This position is one of leadership; developing and inspiring people to be proactive and execute the Patina standard for excellence and creativity in the hospitality industry.
Due to the extensive travel related to this position, up to 50%, we are open to a remote candidate.
Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $237900 - $356800 / year

- Shape and champion the vision and strategy for the Patina business with particular focus on major revenue and profit streams, client and consumer requirements as well as new business opportunities, product and concept innovations and competitive advantage
- Develop, present, and accomplish approved annual plan and provide leadership for senior team ensuring plans cascade throughout organization for both domestic and international operations
- Lead strategic relationships with Patina clients effectively positioning Patina for growth and expansion opportunities
- Anticipate trends and partner with team to establish strategic plans to address all facets of operations as leader of senior management team
- Establish effective business model and organization structure to deliver results in all geographies
- Develop long-term strategies based on qualitative and quantitative analysis that move the business to desired profit and competitive state
- Build a high performing team and foster a culture of trust, mutual dependency, curiosity, continuous improvement, and innovation
- Develop and adjust action plans to address opportunities for individual and team development that improve both team member engagement and retention
- Work in close collaboration with the Patina Restaurant Group Human Resources Business Partner to develop annual 9-box assessments against the competencies and performance required to grow the business
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree in business or related field is preferred
- Minimum 10 years' experience in an executive or senior management role
- Minimum of 15 years of management experience in hospitality or related service industry
- Experience in areas including restaurants, buildings, and logistics
- Experience leading and managing in a large public or private company is preferred
- Extensive experience in client relationship management in a complex matrix driven client leadership structure
- At least 50% travel, including nights and weekends
