- Provides executive leadership for the GRS Field Distribution Operations and GRS Marketing organization.
- Drives a cohesive environment to achieve cross-sell goals as well as drives true profitable growth that meets and/or exceeds our target combined ratios across the NA businesses.
- Establishes executive-level relationships with key broker contacts to push GRS message in the market.
- Manages Regional Executives throughout the US as well as Wholesale, Private Equity and Construction practice leaders responsible for working with key broker partners and GRS stakeholders.
- Oversees Distribution Strategy and Marketing teams that drive strategies countrywide in regards brand preference, enhance broker and customer engagement. as well as support business growth through marketing insights, approach, and communications.
- Drives Distribution engagement with all Underwriting segments in GRS to drive growth.
- Acts as external face to the market and in capacity of key distribution leader at CIAB, RIMS, broker advisory boards, customer advisory boards and broker marketing engagement events.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of relevant experience in insurance leadership and an exceptional brand in the industry.
- Possesses a strong understanding of product offerings and relationships with profit center leadership.
- Demonstrated executive presence.
- Ability to foster trusted relationships both internally and externally.
- Underwriting experience and Broker experience preferred.
- Proven track record of excellent leadership and team building skills to foster a high performance and execution focused culture to achieve the business goals
