```Duties```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Use effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's individual needs and development
- Assess and monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a preschool, daycare, or similar educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with curriculum development for preschool-aged children
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with special education needs
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Proficiency in subjects such as math, language arts, science, and physical education for early childhood education

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
