We foster your child's self-confidence in promoting independence through our positive teaching. Our low child to teacher ratio classroom is centered around play based learning activities. This increases your child's creativity with imaginary play and gaining confidence and trust in a small nit community of peers. Our home daycare will set goals for your child independently but we will also set goals as a small classroom that becomes a family... a home away from home!.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to children with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities and play
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Previous experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with curriculum development for preschool programs
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of children with special needs, including autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass a background check

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
