Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children
- Provide literacy education, including reading and writing activities
- Teach basic math concepts through hands-on activities and games
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment to promote learning and development
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and positive learning environment
- Provide childcare and attend to the needs of individual children
- Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that align with educational goals
- Foster social-emotional development through play-based learning activities
- Collaborate with parents to support children's educational and developmental needs
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children
- Understanding of child care regulations and safety protocols
Skills:
- Curriculum development: Ability to design and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children.
