Qualifications

- Experience in preschool education, demonstrating foundational knowledge.
- CDA or Associate's degree in ECE preferred, equivalent experience considered.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity in designing age-appropriate activities and lessons.
- Strong organizational skills for structured classroom management.
- Patience, empathy, and nurturing abilities with children and families.
- Current first aid and CPR certifications, with a willingness to renew.
