This Position:

• We are interested in Preschool Assistant Teachers with a minimum of a Preschool Child Development Associate OR actively enrolled in a program leading to an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development OR enrolled in a CDA program to be completed within two years of hire (YIN will pay for it!).
• We're looking for someone with one or more years' experience working in a Head Start Program or a licensed community childcare program.
• Ability to be CPR certified and Driver's License are required.
• This position will be working within the Warren R-3 School District. This is a 10-Month position with June and July off.

This is an hourly position with starting pay depending upon qualifications:

• $15.50: High School Diploma/Equivalent
• $16: CDA (Youth In Need will pay for and help you obtain)
• $17.43: Associate's Degree (must be Early Childhood or related field)
• $19.76: Bachelor's Degree (must be Early Childhood or related field)
