Preparing For Second Baby

We are a family of three soon to be four. I am a working mom also doing online school. My husband is a stay at home dad with our 22month old girl.I would like help organizing and prepare things for next baby, things don't stay organized for long and baby is less than a month away.I'm looking for someone to work two or three days in a week, flexible any one day Mon-Thur four hours.

Then Friday and Saturday for four hours after baby is here to help my husband while I'm at work.
