Prep Cook/Line Cook

Job Overview:
BRASAS is a new Rotisserie+Bar concept opening soon in the Delmar Loop (A concept by Chef Andrew Cisneros). Our concept focuses on Peruvian rotisserie chicken and craft cocktails.

We're looking to fill the following positions:

Am Prep, Line cooks for lunch and dinner

Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely preparation of dishes
- Support other kitchen staff as needed

Skills:
- Previous experience as a Prep Cook or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Culinary training or certification is a plus
- Experience in food service, catering, or meal preparation is beneficial
