Prep Cook - Restaurant Kitchen Assistant

You will be compensated with a competitive wage of $16-$20 per hour, depending on your experience.

Our dockside restaurant and private club offer innovative meals and cocktails, all cooked fresh in an outdoor open-air kitchen, where the kitchen staff work while enjoying views of the waterfront. While most of the restaurant is outdoors, part of the restaurant is indoors, creating an amazing fine dining experience. In addition to great food, we have giant outdoor games and live music that help create a fun, playful atmosphere.

YOUR DAY AS A PREP COOK - RESTAURANT KITCHEN ASSISTANT

As a Prep Cook - Restaurant Kitchen Assistant, you're responsible for helping to prepare the ingredients we need to create mouthwatering dishes. Not only do you wash, chop, sauté, and store ingredients, but you also closely follow our standards for quality, ensuring that every dish exceeds our patrons' expectations. Safety is our top priority, so you need to know how to properly store everything according to food safety guidelines and first-in, first-out (FIFO) principles.

When orders come in, you're the one to shine, making food to perfection and following our recipes to the letter. Keeping your workspace clean throughout the day is a must. You love having have plenty of opportunities to improve your skills and take your culinary game to the next level!

• Food handler's permit or the ability to acquire one

Restaurant experience would be a plus, but it's not required.
