Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
- License in Oregon: AMFT, CSWA, LPCA.
- Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidenced-based practices for kiddos or teens or adults.
- Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal proficiency).

- Competitive Compensation $90,250 and open the door to limitless earning potential through schedule flexibility, performance-based raises, and bonuses, with the opportunity to earn up to $96,750+ annually.
