Pre-Construction Survey Inspector

What We Seek:

We are currently looking for a Preconstruction Survey Inspector who appreciates nuance and is seeking a position in a well balanced thoughtful company that is expanding at a consistent pace to meet customer demand to work based in their Ozone Park Location, with the potential for working from home. This position will include training to complete photographic surveys documenting existing conditions of structures inside the NYC Metropolitan area. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of inspection success, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work at construction sites/outdoors
• Home Inspection or Property Appraisal Experience
• Photography experience (professional/hobby) preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Extremally detail oriented
• Strict adherence of safety guidelines, OSHA, DOB, and DOT guidelines
• Must be able to travel to job sites
• OSHA 40 is required/must be obtained within 30 days if you not current
• Bachelor’s Degree or better
