Interventional Psychiatrist For High-Growth Group in Metro Atlanta

Breakthru Psychiatric Solutions is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist passionate about interventional treatments for treatment resistant mental health disorders in metro Atlanta.

Breakthru is a high-growth psychiatric group that specializes in personalized, high-quality treatments that are not widely available, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) with neuro navigation, Spravato®, IV Ketamine, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. Psychedelic treatments, including MDMA and Psilocybin, will also be offered as soon as FDA approval is granted.

We support our doctors by providing them with a well-trained, fully staffed clinical team of LPN’s, Medical Assistants and Psychotherapists; an experienced practice-management team; and dedicated administrative hours.

Highlights of the position include:

• Full-time, in-clinic position
• Monday - Friday, daytime hours
• No on-call duties
• Cutting-edge interventional treatment exposure, including:
• Traditional and accelerated TMS with neuro navigation
• IV Ketamine
• Spravato®
• Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
• Psychedelic treatments (pending FDA approval)
• Creation and implementation of treatment plans for new and established patients
• No medication management
• Administrative team handles all prior authorizations and claims support
• Fully staffed clinic for physician support
• High-touch client-focus rather than volume-based business

Qualifications:

• Must be Board certified/eligible psychiatrist (MD or DO)
• Licensed in Georgia or ability to obtain state license
• Experience with treatment resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD
• Strong interest in TMS/Ketamine/Psychedelics (no experience required)

Ideal Candidate:

• Currently licensed in the state of Georgia
• Has experience with TMS, Ketamine, and Spravato
• Board certified in psychiatry
• Passionate about interventional psychiatry, psychedelic medicine, and treatment resistant mental health conditions.
