Practitioner Management Lead

How you will make an impact:
Serves as a lead in the Practitioner Management unit and/or manages major projects and workflows impacting the unit.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Establishes work priorities for the assigned team.
- Makes recommendations and executes on process improvements.
- Serves as subject matter expert and may be assigned major projects within the department, primarily to include compliance, pre-credentialing, (re)appointment activities, collaborating physician agreements, facility/hospital privileging, Medicare & Medicaid enrollment for business entity/practitioners and licensure application activities.
- Leads research for new application and multi-state regulatory requirements to support growth and market expansion, processes documents, manages timelines, and assembles status reports generated by the unit.
Requires :
- BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in credentialing, provider/practice management or related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Must be familiar with accreditation (NCQA, AAAHC, URAC)
- CPCS certified strongly preferred.
- Must have experience with PAVE and PECOS,
- Preferred experience in Licensing and Privileges.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $60,260 – $90,390
