Individuals who are seeking supervision for their Master's Degree and licensing to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Locations

AB Spectrum is seeking motivated individuals to work one-on-one with children on the Autism Spectrum at our clinics in:

• Chesterfield
• Saint Charles
• Florissant
• Mehlville
• Wright City

Must be willing to work any location. Operating hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm. Must be available to work any of these times up to 8 hours each day Monday-Friday.

Practicum Program

Please note this is not a guarantee that you will be accepted into the program and that your position will be determined after a two-week performance review based on: adherence to ABS protocols, BACB code of ethics, adherence to the training schedule, completion of assigned tasks, or other duties as requested by ABS personnel.

Supervision Details
For an 40-hour-a-week Practicum Students:

-30 hours scheduled with clients (restricted hours). Client pairings are regularly changed to increase comfortability working with diverse populations. Once determined appropriate, the Practicum Student will be moved to a training position to assist with onboarding new staff and have opportunities for additional unrestricted hours

-Daily supervision from a team of BCBAs to provide in-depth trainings in specialty areas

-10 hours a week of indirect/unrestricted hours with tasks based upon the task list to increase competency in low-scoring areas

-Weekly group practicum meetings with a supervising BCBA to review more complex topics

-1:1 meetings with supervising BCBA to address specific challenging topics

-Immediate hands-on experience in all aspects of becoming a BCBA

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
