Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the practice
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA and medical record keeping
- Develop and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and patient care
- Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Knowledge of critical care systems and medical record management
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and doctors
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
