Central Boulevard Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our full-service hospital as a Practice Manager.
Established in 2014, our fast-paced, 2-doctor practice is dedicated to helping a large number of pets in Brentwood and the surrounding areas. Our spacious facility has separate cat and dog wards, an open treatment area, and a welcoming lobby. We offer a variety of services and utilize advanced diagnostic tools, such as ultrasound, digital x-ray, full in-house laboratory, and are also equipped to treat emergencies. We strive to fulfill our mission of providing the most comprehensive veterinary care to the community.

As a Practice Manager:
- You will lead and develop approximately 20 or more direct reports
- You will partner with our Learning & Development team to ensure your team is properly trained and performing to their skillset and providing an unmatched client experience
- You will partner with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality medical care and effectively create and maintain veterinarians' work schedules to ensure proper coverage to meet client needs
- You will manage various aspects of the facility including purchasing and property management
- You will ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- You will develop annual budgets and monitor, analyze, and report on practice revenue and other key performance indicators (KPIs)

Experience as a registered veterinary technician (RVT) or certified veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) is ideal but not required. SHRM-CP, BS, MBA or other advanced degree, are a plus.

Compensation ranges from $75,000-100,000 depending on credentials and experience
