Practice Manager

Position Overview:

CRH RapidRelief, a WELL Health Hemorrhoid Clinic System, is looking for a Practice Manager to join our team. This position is remote but needs to be able to travel to the clinic locations on a monthly basis.

The Practice Manager will report to the Senior Director of Operations and will play a key role managing the operational duties our clinics in several locations. This position will be responsible for scheduling, staffing and all-around support of the clinics’ performance and success. Ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze problems as they arise and determine best practices for viable solutions and alternatives
• Ability to travel to assigned clinics within established territory
• Scheduling multiple providers, including FT, PRN & LOCUMS
• Generating reports
• Establishing and maintaining business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required with a course concentration in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in a healthcare related role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfortability working with diverse and multiple groups within the business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
