Responsibilities: Serves as a role model of excellence in nursing knowledge and clinical practice. Plans, Conducts, and evaluates clinical competencies. Develop and provide clinical educational programs across NHDC based on identified need. Scope of responsibility includes education programs, orientation, internships, in-services, and computer-based learning modules. Specific duties and responsibilities assigned to the individual will be determined by the supervising Clinical Leadership team.
Qualifications: - Registered Nurse from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a medical practice.
- Expertise in ambulatory physician office practice flow and activities; specialty specific disease processes and conditions; in-office procedures, and patient education.
- Proficient in EMR.
- Certified in cardio‑pulmonary resuscitation.
PREFERRED:
- Prior Preceptor experience or equivalent experience
