Job Details:
The Mercer University School of Medicine is searching for a Marriage & Family Therapist.
Responsibilities:
The Mercer University School of Medicine (MUSM), Mercer Medicine, seeks a new Marriage & Family Therapist member to join our Mercer Medicine Clinical Practice on our Macon campus. While the incumbent will be based in Macon, he or she will be expected to travel to some of our rural Mercer Medicine clinics to provide services on a regular basis. This is a 100% clinical position.
This position is expected to maintain a financially viable Clinical Practice at Mercer Medicine. This is a 12-month faculty position and will report to the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner of Mercer Medicine.
Qualifications:
Candidates must:

• Hold a minimum of a Master's Degree in marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Be licensed (LMFT) or license eligible (LAMFT) in the state of Georgia as a marriage and family therapist
• Have clinical experience with a variety of client populations
• Have experience with clinic management
• Have familiarity and/or experience with medical settings and culture
• Be able to provide direct client services through Mercer Medicine, the group practice for the Mercer University School of Medicine
• Experience working with stakeholders and communities in rural, medically underserved areas of Georgia
