What you will do:
- Assist with HR and doctors with hiring, training, disciplinary actions, and overall supervision of staff.
- Deliver direct individual and team leadership to ensure all office employees understand how to provide exceptional patient care.
- Coordinate the day-to-day execution of office practices that increase productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure outstanding office productivity by developing, enhancing and/or managing all internal office procedures and practices
- Point of contact for Regional Operations Director and OSP Support Center for all matters related to Greenville Oral Surgery Partners (Receipts, WINOMS issues, etc.)
- Respond to clinical and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Order office supplies and equipment as needed
- Facilities point of contact (office/building maintenance)
