- Operational Management:
- Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across administrative, clinical, and financial functions.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of administrative and clinical staff.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to promote teamwork and professional development.
- Patient Care and Experience:
- Uphold and improve the quality of patient care by overseeing service delivery and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall patient experience and ensure compassionate care.
- Financial Oversight:
- Monitor and optimize financial performance, including billing, coding, and revenue cycle management.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and policies.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care.
- Strategic Planning and Development:
- Collaborate with physicians and senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and development.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, improvement, and market positioning.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in multi-site healthcare administration, preferably within women’s health.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team effectively.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR), preferably AthenaOne.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
