Comprehensive EyeCare Partners is a leading ophthalmology management group with 11 practices in multiple states. We are seeking an experienced MEDICALPRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR to lead, a dedicated team of up to 100 staff members, and up to 15 associated physicians in the greater Seattle metropolitan area. DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an accomplished and adaptable Ophthalmic Medical Practice Administrator to lead our multi-location practice. This key leadership role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring the delivery of top-notch patient care, and managing the performance of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and oversee the daily operations of all five ophthalmic practice locations.
  • Manage a team of approximately 70 staff members, including clinical, administrative, and technical personnel.
  • Collaborate closely with up to 12 associated ophthalmologists to align practice objectives with medical expertise.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize patient care, staff productivity, and practice revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while monitoring and enhancing service quality.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle management.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation within the practice.
  • Cultivate positive working relationships with external partners, insurance providers, and vendors.

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, with a preference for those with specialty management experience, especially in ophthalmology.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, inspiring and guiding staff to achieve practice goals.
  • Profound understanding of ophthalmology practice operations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong financial management and budgeting expertise.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in ophthalmology practice management software and EHR systems.
  • A deep understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, billing, coding, and insurance practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
