Practical Law, a division of Thomson Reuters, is looking for a summer intern who has completed their first or second year at an ABA-accredited law school to work with our Antitrust team for Summer 2024.
This internship will be fully remote and pay is $20/hr.
About the Role
As a Practical Law Antitrust Internship Summer Intern you will:
- Conduct legal research on various issues relating to antitrust & competition globally.
- Engage in quality assurance with respect to Practical Law content.
- Assist editors in writing new content, including legal updates.
- Summarize changes to primary law.
- Provide additional support, as needed.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of a Practical Law Antitrust Summer Intern if you:
- Demonstrate strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to interpret, analyze, organize, and express complex legal material quickly and accurately.
- Have an impressive command of grammar, punctuation, and plain English.
- Consistently pay strong attention to detail and have good organizational skills.
- Can work independently, consistently meet deadlines, and achieve individual objectives within larger team projects.
- Have experience using Westlaw and Microsoft Office products.
- Have experience or an interest in antitrust & competition.
