Duties & Responsibilities:
Recommend any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers
Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers
Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously
Maintain a positive, can-do, enthusiastic attitude
Work well with other departments to achieve dealership goals
ordered items and by providing regular status updates on their orders
Good general knowledge of merchandise
Work with manager to maintain accurate inventory
Keep all merchandise and displays clean, well dusted and appealing to customers
Up-sell additional parts/accessories to service customers by identifying opportunities while their vehicle is in the shop
Review parts on order for the service department to maintain accountability and support the service department
Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership as a whole
Keep customers informed by providing estimated wait times for backordered or special Qualifications & Job Requirements:
Able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
Work well with Managers, Customers, and as well as other dealer associates
Maintain product knowledge and pursue all product training opportunities and manufacturer certification training
Diligence and ability to multitask are necessary
1-year Powersports / or related experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
