Work Schedule: hours varies.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (or currently in progress)
• If driving Lakeview vehicles: Must be age 18 or older and have at least 1 year of driving experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and meet all criteria required under Lakeview’s Automobile Liability Guidelines.
• Able to work extremely well with the general public and other staff members in a variety of settings.
• Costumes are large and may be heavy– so must have the physical ability to transport, carry and wear costumes.
• Be able to stand and walk for prescribed periods of time in costume.
• Able to read individuals’ social cues to understand the level of interaction each person may want.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to and from events in Washington County and Western Wisconsin
• Possess a flexible schedule to work nights and weekends.
• Able to conduct oneself professionally and represent Lakeview & Powerup as an ambassador and entertainer.
• Possess personal attributes including enthusiasm, creativity, spontaneity, responsibility, self-discipline, and reliability/punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous mascot experience or theatre experience
