Power System Engineer
Anywhere, USA (Remote)
Full Time/Permanent Role

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • • Participate in the design and implementation of electrical and control systems.
    • Support in conducting SCCS studies, documentation review and distribution protection settings.
    • Assist in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in electrical designs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical and controls system designs.
    • Act as a “Owner Rep” associated with developing a SOW/scope of work pertaining to customer design-Agnostic Role for Data Center Clients.

Experience:
Ideally you have experience with SKM power tolls, knowledge of electrical engineering principals, power distribution, and protections. It is a plus if you have over 3+ years of experience as a Power Systems Engineer.
This position is remote, with 25% travel!
Other Requirements:
  • • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program.
    • PE-Professional Engineering license in Electrical Power/design and willingness to get reciprocity in different states as required
    • 1 - 3+ years in electrical design, planning and construction services
    • 1-year minimum Power System analysis experience in SKM, ETAP, or other analysis
    • Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and concepts including working and design
