About RNPC: We are a custom Powder Coating business located in Collins Iowa. A short country drive from Ames, Nevada, Marshalltown, Colo, Newton, Des Moines area, Ankeny and Altoona. We operate both a batch system and conveyor system for coating parts.
We are looking for a shop manager to assist the owner with daily production and take leadership of operations as we grow. This is an excellent opportunity for a person looking for a long career with tons of growth potential at a small business who cares about its employees. If you are a self starter, ambitious, hard worker, leader, and a person who can look around and know what needs to be done and get it done this might be a perfect job for you. Job Duties: -Learn all facets of operation. -Lead employees with hands on work ethic. -Work within all safety protocols at all times. -Manage and train new hires. -Develop best practices and protocols for each duty. -Work with Owner to develop business opportunities. -Complete hands on work including: blasting, wheel mounting and dismounting, applying powder, quality inspections, cleaning, organizing, and other needed activities. Must be 18 or older, have a clean driving record, and High School diploma. Please note that this work environment requires you to be able to stand all day, lift up to 50 pounds and work in very hot and sometimes cold conditions.
