We are hiring Painters for a local manufacturing company in Holstein, IA! This candidate is responsible for ensuring that all parts are painted (sprayed) to a consistently high quality. Team work and a strong desire for excellence is a must! This is an opportunity to work with a long-term, reputable manufacturing company in the area. Apply now while openings are available!
Responsibilities:
- Select appropriate powder according to product specifications
- Operate hand-held spray guns to Powder Coat stationary items or items on a racking system.
- Clean and maintain coating, ventilation, compressed air and personal protective equipment.
- Load and unload product and parts, distribute them to the appropriate locations.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to lift 50lbs and up to 100lbs as a team throughout the shift
