Postal Technician - $16.00/hour

Mail Processing - Virginia Beach, VA
The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), a global Christian media and humanitarian organization, is seeking a Postal Technician to join our mailroom team. This position will prepare mailings in compliance with postal regulations; facilitate the mailings of CBN, its affiliates, and outside clients. Training in postal procedures and postal machines will be provided.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred
• Must be a team player
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service, and oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to withstand constant bending, standing, walking, using fine finger movements, pushing and pulling, squatting, reaching above the shoulder level, and lifting up to 25 pounds
